Anthony is a great trainer! He is very good at adapting to our physical needs. The other trainers are all very supportive, and the new facilities are very ideal for training. We also like the camaraderie among all the clientele. It’s a nice family atmosphere. We highly recommend Become Better Sport Performance and Personal Training!
Best gym environment I’ve ever encountered. Anthony has worked with me over the past year to dynamically and increasingly develop strength in all areas of my body. They have been flexible with my schedule, and make sure that clients have a firm understanding of form and its importance in each workout. Best place ever to become better!!
Dan and his team are amazing! They make working out so fun and enjoyable. They are with you through your entire workout to motivate, coach, and give you constructive criticism. I trust them with any of my questions, and know their knowledge outweighs the rest. Plus, sometimes you’ll get a demo - and that’s always fun. I would 10/10 recommend them for their gym, the atmosphere they’ve created, and the programs they write for you individually.
Dan, Nik and Joey are knowledgeable and professional trainers. Their workouts are designed to your fitness goals and achievements. They push you to your fullest extent and will always be right there to motivate, encourage and support you. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming while always working hard. I would recommend Dan and his trainers to anyone looking to get back into shape, sports training, or wanting to learn more about lifting weights. When you are in this gym, you are always becoming better!
I’ve been working with Dan and his team at Become Better for several months, and I can highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their fitness level. Dan and trainers Nik and Joey are motivating and encouraging. Workouts are never boring but are constantly changing and challenging you. They are incredibly knowledgeable and and take the time to explain the proper form and technique. The atmosphere in this well-equipped gym is fun and supportive —— not at all intimidating regardless of your age or fitness level. If you are looking to become better —— this is the place to be!
