At Fit Body Boot Camp, our fitness classes are not “classes” in the traditional sense, but results-driven, sessions focused on weight loss and body toning.
Our signature 30-minute Afterburn workouts combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest Training to produce fun workouts that burn twice the calories in half the time and keep your metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours post workout.

I love my new sweatshirt. I'm trying to hold myself accountable after a week drinking an embarrassing amount of alcohol and skipping out at the gym. I definitely need some help getting back into it. I know I'm happier when I eat clean and workout. It truly is more for my mental health than slimming down. The best part was having the coach say 'Hey Christy girl!" instead of demanding where I've been all week. I'm so thankful for a supportive gym. If you need a gym with a positive, collaborative atmosphere, with people who will cheer you on, this is the place for you. :)
I have joined many gyms and this by far is the best program ever. The coaches are absolutely fantastic. They sincerely care and are passionate about what they do. I enjoy working out here. The energy is welcoming and everyone is so friendly and helpful. One big family! ❤️❤️❤️
My husband and I have been attending classes for several weeks now. So far, it’s been not only rewarding but fun. All of the trainers we’ve worked with (esp Emily, Ashley, Mike, Tim) have been very helpful, patient and encouraging as we learn the various workouts. Older, younger, no matter the fitness level, exercises can be modified. Numerous class times offered daily providing flexibility around work and personal commitments.
30 minutes in and out. Love the upbeat music and trainers that push you the entire time. Best workouts I've ever got... no treadmills or machines that bore you. Great for the experienced and easy to jump in and start for the beginners. Everyone is welcoming... Highly recommend !
Hands down the best gym in the Dayton area. The trainers take a personal interest in each client and ensure we get the best workout, no matter your fitness level. It’s only 30 minutes and you don’t have to think about which muscle group to focus on; the trainers do that for you! The trainers not only guide you through the entire workout but they provide instant feedback and adjustments during the workout. They are always encouraging and making sure we walk out a better version of ourselves. It’s a life changing gym experience that I highly recommend to all family and friends!
